I’ve been using the Aquanature Tranquil Flow 600 canister filter for the past 8 months and it has been absolutely fantastic 😊 no issues at all The performance is consistent water clarity is amazing and it’s super reliable Highly recommended if you are looking for a solid canister filter 👍

Also their submersible pump is really good powerful and dependable 💯

On top of that Aquanature is a great reseller for Seachem products fish food and aquarium décor like stones

Delivery service is also excellent 🚚 everything arrives quickly often before time and the packaging is really secure and well done

Really happy with the overall experience 😄

I had a disappointing experience with their customer service.

I purchased a bristlenose albino pleco from this store. As a first-time customer, I was quite impressed with the store’s presentation and overall setup. Although the price of the fish was higher than usual, I still went ahead with the purchase considering the quality of the store.

However, after adding the fish to my tank, which has been well-maintained for over a year with a stable setup and other healthy fish, it unfortunately died within two days. I had followed all the necessary steps for acclimatization.

When I reached out to their customer service via WhatsApp and explained the situation, the response was quite disappointing. Instead of offering support, guidance, or even considering a replacement or partial refund, the executive simply suggested that the issue was with my tank and that their stock was fine.

As a customer, I expected a more helpful and empathetic response, especially when dealing with live livestock. This experience has affected my trust, despite the store’s otherwise good presentation.

One important thing that stands out is to provide spares of imported brands like eheim , fluval etc. There are many sellers, but post service like spares fulfillment there are far and few that's where aquanature has usp.

The team is very courteous and supportive for any resolution requirement. Special mention - Manoj who being senior and one of oldest staff will go extra mile to deliver resolution.

Aquanature has got into their own brand like food, medicine and aquarium accessories. My request to Amit for keeping pricing competitive with similar quality compared to imported brands.

I had a fantastic experience at Aquanature, and I want to specifically appreciate Shehzad and Manoj for their guidance throughout my aquascaping session. Their expertise, patience, and willingness to help at every step truly elevated the whole experience.

The outdoor scaping area is very spacious, and the variety of stones, driftwood, and hardscape materials is one of the best I've seen. You can spend hours experimenting and building your layout — it's a genuine joy for any aquascaping enthusiast.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a fan and a shaded area, especially considering the strong sunlight during the day. That small improvement would make the already great experience even better.

Overall, Aquanature is a perfect place to fulfill all your aquascaping needs and wants. Highly recommended to anyone serious about building a beautiful tank.

This is the place for serious, intelligent & well informed hobbyist who want the best products at competitive prices.
The core staff has adequate knowledge and the quality of the tanks they construct is far superior to the traditional aquarium shops.
They mostly stock premium grade products hence if you compare a product made in Japan / Italy etc. with Chinese products available in local fish shops you may find them expensive however it's not the right measure of comparison. My experience with them for over 10 years has been good hence I would definitely recommend this store.
